E.P.I.C. Parenting was founded by Dr. Tiffanie Noonan to fulfill a need she discovered in her years of clinical practice.

Families often seek parenting advice from their pediatrician. The confusion, frustration, and overwhelm that many parents feel today is evident during the office visits. The parenting advice that is often given by a pediatrician is based on dogma, tradition, or what “sounds good” but all too often not based in current research. Parenting is NOT taught in medical school or residency.

True change for a family takes time that unfortunately a primary care physician (no matter how much they want to) is unlikely to be able to provide in the current medical system.

E.P.I.C. Parenting Coaching was founded to bridge that gap. Our goal is to both educate families on how their interactions and relationships with their children have a lasting effect on development AND to provide REAL tools to bring about lasting peaceful connection at home.

E.P.I.C. Parenting stands for Empowered, Peaceful, Inspired, and Connected Parenting. Peace IS possible at home and in our life. The world CAN change one family at a time.

Dr. Noonan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Drew University in Madison, NJ with a degree in Psychobiology before earning her Osteopathic Medical Degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She then completed her osteopathic internship with special focus on pediatrics at Kennedy Health System in Stratford, New Jersey and her pediatrics residency at Goryeb Children’s Hospital in Morristown, New Jersey. She spent an additional year as Chief Pediatric Resident.

As an osteopathic physician, she brings a holistic approach to preventing and treating children’s illnesses. Her commitment to her patients and her personal approach were integral in her earning the title of lead physician in her first practice. In 2009, she became the founding physician for practice in rural Georgia where she was able to fulfill her desire to bring cutting-edge pediatric care to a community that was in need. In January 2014 she left that thriving practice to follow her passion and provide even more support for families and help for children with EPIC Parenting. Additionally, Dr. Noonan is on the Board of Directors of The Global Presence (a nonprofit division of Parenting 2.0), a regular contributor for Doctors on Social Media,  the collaborative physician for SEE Alternatives Pediatrics, a former member of the Advisory Board for the Jai Institute for Parenting, and the “Chief Educational Opportunity Organizer” for her two unschooled/homeschooled children.  She resides in Charleston, S.C. with her husband and two sons.
