  • 8 weeks small group video coaching
  • Includes lifetime access to online program (including educational audios and meditations)
  • Topics include: letting go of patterns handed down for generations, dealing with anger, setting limits, empowered conversations, understanding teens and so much more!
  • Weekly calls will address the struggles, challenges, or areas YOU personally are encountering.

      Christy Langman is a lifelong teacher and student. After 11 years as a public school educator, she now focuses on educating a greater number of people as a mindfulness and yoga teacher and authenticity coach. Christy is the mother of two tween boys and has had a passion for working with children since she was young. Her mom has always said she was born a mother.

      Tiffanie Noonan is a pediatrician and certified parenting coach. After more than a decade in medical practice, she founded EPIC Parenting with the goal of assisting parents and caregivers with the skills to create deeply connected relationships that empower children with a strong sense of self-worth, internal motivation, and empathy. Tiffanie is the mother of two tween boys.
