1) Listen to audio “Letting Go of the Way You Were Parented”

Journal answers to questions brought up in the audio and any other insights/observations that you experience.

2) Complete the “Identifying your childhood story” assignment

This assignment is a critical part of letting go of subconscious reactions and enabling yourself to be able to consciously choose how you wish to parent your child. It digs deep. Allow yourself the space to reflect honestly on the questions and be very honest about the answers — you may find that you never really considered your feelings as a child and didn’t have the opportunity to express yourself authentically in some situations. Give yourself the gift of recognizing, expressing, and honoring those feelings now.

You may find it very helpful to review the answers with someone trained in compassionate, nonjudgmental, empathetic listening… email if you wish to look into scheduling a 1:1 appointment for this purpose. It really IS that important.

3) Listen to the “Quantum Mindshift Meditation”

This meditation is 20 minutes and is intended to be listened to with headphones on if at all possible.

Listen to the meditation at least 3 times this week – daily would be best. Listen without judgment (or judge it as being silly! – that is OK, but please do it). Trust that subconscious beliefs are being brought to the surface and you WILL start to notice realizations in your life of areas where you are limiting yourself or responding to your children and your environment based on old stories. This awareness is the groundwork that allows you to consciously choose differently.
