Action Plan

1) Listen to audio “Forgiveness in Parenting”


Journal answers to questions brought up in the audio and any other insights/observations that you experience.

2) Shift beliefs

This week you get to focus on learning the skills to shift beliefs you have become aware of while doing the Quantum Mindshift meditation. They have been have been influencing your parenting!

  1. Identify the belief without judgement
  2. How does this belief affect your life right now?
    1. Acknowledge benefits
    2. Acknowledge undesirable affects
  3. Reframe! What alternative to this belief is true that would be more beneficial in your life moving forward?
  4. Set an intention for the new belief!
    1. Affirmation said daily?
    2. New behavior committed to doing?
    3. ASK for help in the group if a “reframe” isn’t apparent!!!

3) Listen to the “Forgiveness Meditation”

This meditation is 20 minutes and is intended to be listened to with headphones on if at all possible.

Listen to the meditation at least 3 times this week – daily would be best.

4) Continue with your Weekly Accountability tracking sheet

Remember that those daily action steps are how you reach the goals you set 4 weeks ago as you started this program. Have you been tracking? Feel free to share your weekly tracking in the Facebook group for extra accountability.

5) Practice the EPIC Process

These 4 steps truly have the power to transform your relationships (not only at home) AND it takes practice to become second nature. Continue to work through the process Step by Step anytime you encounter conflict.
